My trip to WV.

So I had a great time in West Virginia at my friend Amber's wedding. The state was beautiful, she was beautiful, and my time spent there was beautiful. Next time I hope my husband can come with me, I missed him like crazy. I had a great time.... but it's always good to be home. Here are a few pictures from my trip.

From left: Myself, Amber, and Samantha.

The driveway leading to our cabin.

This is the Cabin all the girls stayed in for the weekend.

Okay, on the way home I ran into Talk show host Jimmy Kimmel at LAX. I'll admit I am star struck when I see a celebrity.... so I had to ask him for a picture. Yes, I have issues. I know.

I am suprised you recognized him... I did not even in the picture! I was like who is this guy with his arm around Mindy? LOL! You are so crazy... you just walked up and asked for a pic or what?

I woulda done the same...
My husband thinks i am silly that i put stars on a pedestal. I don't really think they're all that great, but i think it's cool to see someone in real life that you can usually only see on t.v. or movies.
so call me crazy!

Your photos are picturesque. So, did you sing "Take Me Home" by John Denver? As in, "take me home/country road/to the place/i belong/WEST VIRGINIA /mountain mama/take me home /country road..."

I recently met Nicole C. Mullen (of "Redeemer" fame) at a Women of Faith Conference. I stood in line forever to get her to sign my overpriced CD. When I finally got to spend my 17 seconds with her, you would have thought I had just met my long lost twin sister. Well, that's how I felt anyway... I like to think that feeling was mutual. So, you aren't alone in your starry eyed-ness with famous people.
